The Twentieth Session of the APCICT Governing Council will be held on 5 November 2025 in Incheon, Republic of Korea.
It will bring together the nine Council members elected by the Commission during its 81st Session for a three-year term (2025-2027) - Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Thailand, Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea as the host country. The Council will review the administration, financial status and progress of implementation of the Centre’s programmes.
The meeting will discuss how the Centre can enhance the delivery and impact of its capacity building programmes in the region. The Council will also provide advice and strategic direction on the Centre's workplan for 2026.
