UNCTAD Manual for the Production of Statistics on the Digital Economy (2020)

The main aim of the Manual is to support the production of digital economy statistics that are internationally comparable – more specifically, statistics on the information and communications technologies (ICT) sector, trade of ICT goods and services (including of ICT-enabled services) and use of ICT by businesses.
