Newly elected Mayor Young-gil Song, of Incheon Metropolitan City, paid a surprise visit today to the Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development (UN-APCICT/ESCAP), in Incheon, Republic of Korea..
APCICT Director, Dr. Hyeun-Suk Rhee, welcomed Mayor Song with a tour of the Centre’s training facilities and an introduction to the APCICT staff. Mayor Song also spent time talking to the eleven participants of APCICT’s ICTD for Youth (ICTD4Y) programme who come from eight ASEAN countries, the Republic of Korea, and the United States.
