APCICT is well-aware that one organization cannot effectively contribute to socio-economic development and achieving the Millennium Development Goals. That is why the Centre has proactively engaged and strategically partnered with UN agencies, government and non-government organizations and training institutions in all its activities, toward enhanced national ICT capacity, equipping policy makers and other government officials with the essential knowledge and skills they need to fully leverage opportunities presented by ICTs to achieve national development goals and bridge the digital divide. Partnerships have been established with:

United Nations Agencies

To operationalize the need for inter UN agency partnerships, APCICT has pro-actively engaged and strategically partnered with sister UN agencies on specific thematic areas in initiating, supporting and collaborating on regional ICT4D issues. Close collaboration with these agencies has allowed for reduced duplication, increased efficacy in budgetary allocation and greater outreach within the region. It has also enabled greater synergies through leveraging on each UN agencies' mandates towards achieving the MDGs. Partners include:

Regional Development Organizations and Networks

In ensuring APCICT's responsiveness towards needs of the region, the Center relies on institutional partners to assist in developing its developmental initiatives. Partners include:
